We Can Get Through This

After this pandemic started, I always felt like this would never end. I’ve been through a lot through COVID. With everything going on (pandemic-wise), I thought, “This can’t get any worse.” I’ve been through friendship troubles, family troubles, etc.

It’s not fair! But I always tried to see positives come out of coronavirus even though it’s tough.

I do a dance team at my school every Tuesday or Thursday. One day, we were learning a dance and I went home after. Normal, right? WRONG. Later, my dad came up and said, let’s go up and talk. “Uh oh,” I thought. Then my father said words that I never wanted to hear again. “You have been exposed, so, I’m really sorry, but you have to quarantine.” No! This wasn’t happening! 

I think even though this virus has scared us all, we are all in this together and we can get through this!
