Turbulent times

The beginning of sixth grade was the most difficult for me. Why, well we had virtual school every other day and then the other day we would go to class with only half of our real class. Virtual learning was actually kind of simple, the teacher would basically talk the entire time and wait till the day we were in school to make us do work. But the real thing that got me was that my half of the class was only girls. If that wasn’t bad enough, they were basically all best friends.

This year we started off this year having masks optional, but after about a month the school realized that more and more people were getting sick so masks became mandatory. This didn’t sit well with some of the parents at our school. The school decided to make masks optional and that’s what we’re doing right now.
