The Alert

I was in my drum class when my teacher got a notification saying,” Alert! Alert! New virus Covid-19, stay alert.”

“What was that about?” I asked him.

”There’s a new virus called, Covid-19. Be cautious.”

Half a year later, it hit us. Luckily we had masks from my mom’s work. Soon school was canceled. It felt like a real zombie apocalypse. Finally things eventually felt more normal. Especially when people got vaccinated. However, someone in my class tested positive and we had to quarantine for a week. However, I kind of liked being home, because I needed a good break. By 2022 more people got vaccinated and we felt safer.
