Smokey air

We walked outside probably for the first time this week. It was fire season and was smelling pretty smoky outside. Norah walks out, takes one sniff of the air and says, “Smell like Corona.” This story means a lot to me because Norah thought the air was Covid, and even though that is funny, it makes me think that is probably how Covid was spreading. This story also makes me think of hope because we all wanted the air to be smoke, which says a lot considering how bad smokey air is.
