New hobby

2020…what a year! Covid is a big event that has changed and keeps changing my life. On March 13, 2020, my parents got a phone call from my school saying it’s officially shutting down due to Covid. So what can I do at home? I’m so blue with no hope for the future years. My mom told me about a month into lockdown that I could start horseback riding lessons because I have ridden horses on and off ever since I was born, so I was pumped! I was hopeful about this! The first lesson I had was at a place called Ellenwood. The place did horseback riding lessons. I learned the basics for about five months but I was ready to move on to a more challenging level. Once I told my mom I wanted to move on. She found a new horse back riding place. The only bad thing about it was that it was 45 minutes away from my house! The first lesson was great but now that I look back at it, I cringe.

I am so happy Covid-19 let me discover an amazing new hobby!
