I <3 Virtual School

When the pandemic first started, It was all over the news. I was really worried I would get covid and get really sick. So I just wanted to stay at home and not leave the house for a long time, but then something terrible happened. My dad got cancer! He was in the hospital for a very long time. I was still scared to leave the house, but I wanted to see my dad to see if he was alright. So I got in the car and my mom drove me to the hospital. We found dad and surely enough, he was ok. After a while, he felt better, and I felt a little safer to leave the house. When school was saying something about virtual learning, I was like “What in the world is virtual learning!?” The district told me all about virtual learning. So I took all of my school supplies and brought all of them to my house. And believe it or not, I actually enjoyed doing virtual learning. I was able to have any snack, stay in my pajamas and have bathroom breaks any time. This past year has been scary, but I overcame it.
