Fortnite

By Logan, Age 11

Over the pandemic I would go over to my friend’s house and play Fortnite with them on our Nintendo Switches. We would play it outside all day because we couldn’t go inside to play. I would take my coat, my hat, and my gloves to stay warm. We would sit out there with a heater to keep us warm and we would switch chairs every hour just to sit by the heater. It was fun and in the summer we would do the same thing every day. Obviously without the heater. All of my friends wanted to come over to his house and do this with us. We would do this every day if we were home. Then my dad got covid and I was quarantined for 14 days. We were hoping that my dad would get better. He did, so I could see my friends again and we could play Fortnite! I hope that you enjoy my message and reading “Front Desk” has given me hope so thank you for writing it.
