A Huge Surprise

In the past 3 years, a LOT has happened. I got stitches, TWICE, I went to California, virtual school, but most of all…I…GOT…A… BABY SISTER!!! It was announced the day after I came back from my huge trip to California. It was such happy news, I cried! At the time, I had 3 siblings in an GBGB order. We really thought that it wouldn’t stay in that order, but at the gender reveal party…IT WAS A GIRL! What a shocker! She was supposed to be born on Feb 17, so keep that in mind. Ok, fast forward to February. We’re hoping she is born on Valentine’s day. Feb 14, still waiting. Feb 16. Still waiting. Feb 17 still waiting?! What?! C’mon Cypris! But finally, 5 days after her due date, the day has come. I was helping my brother get ready for zoom, when my dad said “I think Cypris is coming. Stay calm.” I was bursting at the seams with excitement. I was called up there to come hold the hose and I got to witness the birth of my new baby sister. She’s going to be 1 on Feb 22!
