My Pandemic life was…weird. First we moved to California, all the way from Georgia, and then we moved back to Georgia. Covid was a real bummer. But at that time, I started a new hobby: reading. I had my first day of online school for 5th grade, I was as scared as you can get! I had my book sitting right next to my computer the whole time thinking that I wouldn’t do great in class. In early September, my reading teacher, Mrs. Greene told me about, “Quiz Bowl” . She asked me if I was interested, and of course, I said yes. We studied ten books for months at a time. On February 11, 2022, the official Quiz Bowl began. The Quiz Bowl was estimated to be about 3 hours, but no, it was 4 hours. But it was totally worth it! My team of five people came in 3rd place out of seven schools! 

Reading changed my life, and I have found more ways to read and enjoy it!
